The Process

Firstly, you need to make contact, either by phone or email.

We can then arrange a free initial consultation and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. We can do this over the phone or by a home visit. We will discuss what you are hoping to achieve.


We will send you a proposal, outlining the work to be carried out and an estimate of how many sessions may be required to complete the work, the costings, our terms and conditions to be signed which will include a confidentiality agreement.

The Process

If you are happy, we can arrange a date to begin.

We will work together throughout this process.

The clients will always have the final say on what stays and what goes. Our clients set the pace.

This can be both emotionally and physically exhausting. It is important to work in sessions in order to stop & reflect.

We will make suggestions and offer encouragement, we work in a calm, considerate manner and are completely non-judgemental.

The process will vary slightly, however, generally, we will sort through the items into the following groups;

 Keep  Sell  Donate  Dispose.

There may be some items that you wish to store or give away to friends or family. We do not sell any items on your behalf. We can help in delivering small items to a local charity shop. Or arrange help to visit the local dump.

For Home moves, any items you wish to keep & have no immediate use for, we can box up & categorise.

Once that part of the process is complete, we can then organise, hopefully having created some space.
